Ever heard of a line that is a barrier between “your inner self” and “your outer self”. The line of sophistication that is drawn to the perimeters of your personality when you represent yourself to the outer world. The line that makes you different from what you actually are and tends to make you a person that others want you to be.
This line is not drawn on purpose but automatically manifests when you have anybody around due to the insecurities of being judged. The shades of the line vary from person to person. While some have darker lines the others have lighter ones. The darker the line maximum is the discrepancy between your actual self and the outer self and lighter the shade minimum is the discrepancy between actual and outer self.
One of the major drawbacks of this pretentious barrier is that Once this line is drawn every part of you, the actual you is discounted. Be it your tenderness, generosity, wildness, or the curiosity, anger, agitation. In hiding your pessimistic attitude, unconsciously the optimistic one also finds its way inside to hide. Once you get into the habit of drawing the line in certain
situations, this line becomes permanent and crops up in all situations depreciating your performance in workplace cause the actual you is also hidden behind the line.
So, just let go and give out your 100%, once you learn to stop drawing this imaginary line in any situations, the actual you will rock the world and give better results.
